Marmaris Aegean Islands Boat Trip

  Last Updated: July 12, 2024

Marmaris Aegean islands boat trip is 7-hour excursion with multiple swim breaks in the beautiful bays and islands of the Aegean Sea.

For those of you looking for an alternative boat trip here in Marmaris, this is the perfect option.  As most boats leave from Marmaris and set sail on the Mediterranean Sea this excursion takes you up into the mountains before taking you to the harbour at Orhaniye, situated on the coast of the Aegean.

You may wonder how this is possible. Marmaris is located at the beginning of the Bozburun and Datca Peninsulas, surrounded to the south by the glorious Med and to the North West by the azure waters of the Aegean.  As you sail along the coastline you will notice a distinct difference in the flora and fauna of the land and as you head away from the green lush forests of Marmaris you will notice the coast becoming drier and more volcanic as you would expect of the Greek Islands.

You will sail the coast towards the Greek island of Symi which you can see well on a clear day.  You will visit islands inhabited only by rabbits and be able to explore monasteries long abandoned.  There is even a stop at a volcanic island that is formidable in its formation as it sticks out of the sea like jutting teeth.

This is a relaxing day out away from the crowds often seen on boats running from Marmaris and an alternative for those who want to see something new.  You will combine a day of relaxation and sightseeing all while on board a comfortable boat on the Aegean Sea.  There are plenty of sun beds on deck and ample comfortable seating below.  With unlimited soft drinks and a heart lunch this is a great economical day out for all the family!
