How can we guarantee the best prices?
Tourists have two options for booking their excursions at holiday destinations. The first option is to book them through hotel reps of incoming travel agencies and the other option is to book them through local travel agencies.
Most travel agencies do not organize excursions themselves but work as intermediaries with tour suppliers (for example, boat owners). This means that when booking an excursion through hotel reps or local travel agencies, you pay to the supplier (boat owner) + commission to the travel agency + commission to the guide who booked the excursion for you.
Why can’t travel agencies compete with our prices?
Most of our work is done online, which is significantly reducing our costs and most importantly, we do not pay commissions to anyone.
How do you book excursions?
Our booking system is straightforward. Select the desired excursion, choose the date, indicate the number of adults, children, and infants, and fill in your contact details. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
When do you pay for excursions?
For most excursions, our suppliers accept payments on the day. For some excursions, we need to collect a small deposit at the time of booking, and rarely, we require full payment. If you sign up on our website, you can check invoices of the tours you have booked, indicating the total price, amount paid, and the amount to be paid on the tour day. We also send these invoices to your email address.
Are you insured in the excursions you attend?
In Turkey, Greece, and Spain, by law, it is impossible to provide any kind of travel service without insurance, and the consequences of doing so are very serious. On all of the excursions, you are fully insured by our suppliers.
How do you change / cancel a booking?
You can change the date or cancel the tour 72 hours before it starts (pick-up time from your hotel). If you want to cancel your reservation, please let us know by email or phone. No change or cancellation fee will be charged. To make date changes, you can write us the new selected date of your excursion, and we will make changes to your order.
If the tour is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances (for example, bad weather), you can cancel or change the date of your trip without any charge. For more details, please check Terms of Use and Delivery & Cancellation pages.
